• Estimated Delivery Time: 4–8 business days (varies by product availability).
• Location & Carrier Factors: Total transit time ranges from 5–25 business days depending on location and carrier performance.
• Multi-item Orders: If your order includes multiple items, total delivery time is based on the item with the longest shipping timeframe.
• No Split Shipments: We do not split shipments. If you wish to receive items separately as they become available, please place individual orders for each item.

• Orders to North America are shipped via premium carriers, including UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
• PO Boxes: We currently DO NOT ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address.
• Deliveries to remote areas, including Alaska, Hawaii, and mountainous regions, may require additional transit time beyond average estimates.

• Shipping costs vary depending on location and selected service type.
• Customs & Import Taxes: Customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees.
• Returns: We do not accept free returns for non-quality issues.

• Address Changes: If you need to make changes after an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee successful rerouting. Any associated risks or additional carrier fees will be the customer's responsibility.

AERDU is not held liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses / contact details provided by the buyer.
• The consignee refusing, rejecting, or failing to accept delivery.
• Restricted access locations (e.g., schools, military units, gated communities, restricted commercial complexes).
• Force Majeure Events: Severe weather disruptions, transport network interruptions, customs holds, governmental actions, or natural disasters.

• If customs clearance assistance is required, we will notify you immediately via email.
• If goods are destroyed, abandoned, or returned to origin due to customer clearance delays or failure to cooperate, the customer assumes full financial responsibility.

• Standard carrier deliveries do not operate on weekends, national holidays, or major festive days.

• As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number will be sent.
• You can track your package by:

• Inspect Upon Arrival: Please examine the package thoroughly before signing for receipt.
• Damaged Packages: If the outer box is visibly broken or damaged, do not sign or open it. Reject the parcel and contact us immediately.
• Once signed for, the shipment is officially considered accepted in good condition.
